We're piloting an Open Surgery every Monday morning from 09:00am until 10:20am.


We are now asking patients to telephone the surgery AFTER 11:00am for test results please. This is a less busy time to deal with results and queries than when patients are ringing to try and book an appointment.

All patients are now entitled to know who their Named GP is, to find out yours please contact the Surgery. This is the GP you're registered under, it doesnt mean you can't see your usual GP so please book appointments as you usually would.

Would you recommend your surgery to your Friends and Family?

In October we had 181 responses to our Family Friends Test. From these results 83% would be very happy to recommend us to their family and friends. We had a lot positive feedback from patients including the following:

'Doctors are very supportive and understanding'

'Happy and helpful Reception staff'

We had some minority negative feedback which mainly regarding difficulty booking an appoinment, especially at 8am.

We understand that our telephones are extremely busy and some of you have difficulty getting through to make an appointment - especially during our busy periods.

We do offer a selection of appointments to pre-book online up to two weeks in advance using patient access.

 Disabled Access

Our surgery is accessible to wheelchair users, with designated disabled parking bays in the car parks around the surgery and direct disabled access to the practice from the car park area. Please ring the bell for attention

A loop system is available at reception for the hearing impaired. We can arrange interpretation and translation services for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
