Following feedback from the friends & family test we have recently had a new telephone system which includes an extra line in Reception to help with the amount of incoming calls at 8am. We're confident that the new automated system will direct your calls more effectively. We welcome any feedback you may have regarding the new system.


We hold an Open Surgery every Monday morning from 09:00am until 10:20am.


Please note we DO NOT take prescription requests over the telephone. If you wish to order your medication please bring your request form into the Surgery or speak to your local Pharmacy.


Patients have now been allocated an accountable GP, patients can obtain the name of their accountable GP by contacting the practice or by asking at your next appointments with either the Doctor or Nurse. This does not affect your choice of GP in the practice when attending appointments.

Would you recommend your surgery to your Friends and Family?

In September we had 85 responses to our Family Friends Test. From these results 72% would be very happy to recommend us to their family and friends. We had a lot positive feedback from patients including the following:

We had some minority negative feedback regarding booking appointments in advance. We appreciate it is sometimes difficult to book an appointment but patient's are able to book appointments two weeks in advance with the Doctors.

 Disabled Access

Our surgery is accessible to wheelchair users, with designated disabled parking bays in the car parks around the surgery and direct disabled access to the practice from the car park area. Please ring the bell for attention

A loop system is available at reception for the hearing impaired. We can arrange interpretation and translation services for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
