Would you recommend your surgery to your Friends and Family?

In June we had 78 responses to our Family Friends Test. From these results 86% would be very happy to recommend us to their family and friends. We had a lot positive feedback from patients including the following:

'Very good service received from both Doctors and Nurses'

'Good availability to pre-book appointments'

We had some minority negative feedback which mainly was around Doctors running late during surgery times. This could be due to a number of reasons, including:

  • Doctors dealing with medical emergencies
  • Patients running over the ten minute appointment time if they have a more complex problem
  • Patients not attending their appointment
  • Patients turning up late for their appointment

We want to know what you think about your surgery and the services that you receive. If there are any suggestions for how we could improve, we would be very grateful for them. Thank you to everyone who has completed a Friends and Family Test Form.  Your feedback is essential to us for us to make improvements that will benefit you and the rest of our patient population.
