Warwick Medical School
This practice is involved in teaching medical students from the University of Warwick.
Part of this teaching involves students either observing consultations and/or actively participating in the consultations, including examination. If you would prefer that a student is not present during your consultation please inform the receptionist before seeing your doctor.
Both the doctor and the student will understand if you prefer that a student is not present during your consultation.

Nurses
Practice nurses are qualified registered nurses. They provide a number of services within the surgery that include Cervical screening, Childhood and Travel vaccinations, Family planning and Wound care treatment. Included within the team we have a Health care assistant who supports the Nurses.

Community Midwives
Our Midwife helps to look after all expectant mothers. Appointments with the Midwife are booked by the Receptionist.

Community Nurses
Our Community Nurses visit those who are too infirm to visit the surgery.
They can be contacted on 024 7638 5598.
Health Visitors
The Health Visitors at the Surgery are qualified Nurses with extended training in public health. They offer a flexible service in child surveillance and promoting individual family health and work closely with other members of the Practice Team.

First Contact Physio
Our First Contact Physio currently works at the Surgery on a Tuesday 08:30am-16:30 and Thursday 08:30-11:30am.

PCN Practice Pharmacist – Peter Gill & Asad Mahmood
Peter is an experienced Practice based clinical pharmacist who works along side the Doctors to help you. Peter is able to undertake medical reviews and assessments of long term and acute conditions. As a practice pharmacist Peter is able to resolve day-to-day medication issues, consult and treat you directly. Peter can provide help to manage long term conditions, reviewing those taking multiple medicines and delivering clinical advice and prescribing treatments. Peter can also manage medicine shortages by working with your Doctor and community pharmacist.
Palliative Care Nurse – Enya
Our Palliative Care Nurse is available to provide palliative care support and advice after referral from your GP or Community Nurses.
